Meditation & Final thoughts for the day
Yep I finally got back on the wagon. Did 30 minutes of meditation which was suitably “difficult”. Now I need to keep this up every day. Ideally a 30 minute session in the morning and another 30 minute session in the evening. Or just a 45 minute session, once a day. My nutrition today has been pretty off plan. A load of carbs throughout the whole day. I’m having trouble sleeping...
