So the last week or so I have been feeling pretty apathetic about the whole weight loss thing. You can see that reflected most dramatically in my diet over the weekend. Yes, I started eating cake again.

Pretty much no change at all from last week. Body fat % crept up.
I’m struggling to get out of the 180s.
Next week I need to tighten up the diet I think.

chubchampion asked: Hey saw your post on maybe meditating so I thought I would recommend the audio program I use if you don't mind. It's the relax app by fit mind for my iPhone. It's binaural beats and nature sounds, but I just use the binaural noises. Anyway there you go. Sorry to advertise but it really helps me. Good luck namaste!
Meditation & Final thoughts for the day
Yep I finally got back on the wagon. Did 30 minutes of meditation which was suitably “difficult”. Now I need to keep this up every day. Ideally a 30 minute session in the morning and another 30 minute session in the evening. Or just a 45 minute session, once a day.
My nutrition today has been pretty off plan. A load of carbs throughout the whole day. I’m having trouble sleeping...
Just writing the last post has made me feel a lot better.
Uncannily so in fact.
Realized today would be a fantastic day to resume my meditation practice.
