- 1 glass of fruit juice
- some nuts
Lunch
- 2 eggs scrambled
- 1 wholemeal bread roll
- 1 glass berocca drink
Lunch was uninspired. I really need to get round to looking at more recipe ideas. And getting some protein shake stuff.
Dinner
- kidney beans, peppers, onion
- some potato curry
- some kitheri
- water
- some strawberries
Snack
- 1 glass coconut milk milkshake (coconut milk + strawberries)
