One Man's Choices
Workout: Tuesday

In the gym this time for a circuit of death featuring:

  • kettle bell swings and lifts
  • squats, burpees, and other assorted bodyweight torture
  • squat jump things (absolutely destroying)
  • some heavy bag work
  • a bit of running on treadmills
  • “the tennis game” thing with a medicine ball and press ups as penalties. Awesome fun.
  • medicine ball throws

And probably a few other things I’ve forgotten.

It was gruelling. I was shattered afterwards.

Shattered and feeling like a goddamned Super Hero.
