Workout: Tuesday
In the gym this time for a circuit of death featuring:
- kettle bell swings and lifts
- squats, burpees, and other assorted bodyweight torture
- squat jump things (absolutely destroying)
- some heavy bag work
- a bit of running on treadmills
- “the tennis game” thing with a medicine ball and press ups as penalties. Awesome fun.

And probably a few other things I’ve forgotten.
It was gruelling. I was shattered afterwards.
Shattered and feeling like a goddamned Super Hero.
