Workout: Tuesday
Today’s workout was brutal.
Here is just some of what went down:
- running (sprinting drills) at the park
Back to the gym for a circuit of death, including:
- burpees
- bastardos
- squat thrusts
- alternating squat thrusts
- boxing stuff
- the “tennis game” (with a medicine ball obviously)
- kettle bells work
Tomorrow is a rest day. I goddamned earnt it today.
