One Man's Choices
Workout: Tuesday

Today’s workout was brutal.

Here is just some of what went down:

  • running (sprinting drills) at the park

Back to the gym for a circuit of death, including:

  • burpees
  • bastardos
  • squat thrusts
  • alternating squat thrusts
  • boxing stuff
  • the “tennis game” (with a medicine ball obviously)
  • kettle bells work

Tomorrow is a rest day. I goddamned earnt it today.
