Paleo In a Nutshell - Part 2: Exercise

If you’re curious to the connection that CrossFit style exercise has with Primal/Paleo/Hunter-Gatherer way of eating, here is a great little video explaining how exercise fits into it all!

This is pretty much the fitness philosophy that I try to follow. There is a tonne more factual data to it than the video mentions, but it sums up the philosophy pretty well.

I learnt about it back at a Wild Fitness holiday last year.

Eating paleo is difficult for me because I am a vegetarian, but I try to eat as clean as I can.
