One Man's Choices
Workout: Friday

A bit different today. We started off with a load of flexibility and medicine ball work as the warm up.

Then we did some brutal running thing on the treadmills. We had two treadmills, and two teams of 2 or 3 people. Our group had to clock up 3K between us, running flat out (maximum speed on the treadmill) as long as we could. When we couldnt keep running at maximum pace on the treadmill we tagged someone else in the team to continue. Oh and and some point the trainer put the incline up to 10 for the team I was on. I could barely run on it for 20 secs with the incline.

Obviously after that little fun game, we got to do a circuit involving:

  • press ups
  • kettle bell swings
  • burpees
  • bear crawl
  • 1 rest station

I am utterly shattered now.
