- 1 bowl of fruit and nuts
Lunch
- 2 egg omlette with onions, green chillies and cheese
- 1 glass of berocca drink
Added cheese to the omlette in a bid to liven things up. Didnt have as much effect as I hoped. Meh.

- 1 mug chai
- 1 white bread roll buttered
- 1 glass smoothie
Dinner
- steamed veggies
- okra curry
- peas curry
- 1 rotli
- dahl
- yoghurt
